Folded paper (14 x 12 x 4 inches) This wreath-like structure consists of dozens of pouches made from folded paper decorated with suminagashi. Inside each is a Chinese tang poem. Despite their fragile looks, each folded pouch slides on a wire "backbone" and can be opened and read.
