Legacy Giving

Legacy gifts provide SFCB with the fiscal strength to deliver superior programs to our community year after year, and they allow us to plan for the future. You don’t need to be wealthy to impact the lives of budding printers and bookbinders, and to spread the joy of book arts to the general public for years to come.

Whether you’d like to donate hundreds, or hundreds of thousands, we make the process of planning your legacy gift easy and meaningful. The most common legacy gifts are beneficiary designations of a retirement plan, IRA, or life insurance policy, or bequests made in a will. Many gifts provide immediate and valuable tax benefits. You may be inspired to direct your donation to workshop scholarships, awards that help attract community members from underserved communities, or to our ongoing facility projects. We work closely with you to execute your vision.
